Megan Pietrucha, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and holds PsyPact e-Passport certification to provide teletherapy to clients in PsyPact-approved states. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and then went on to earn a master’s and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University.
Dr. Pietrucha currently maintains a private practice where she provides individual therapy and consultation services. Her clinical interests include the treatment of eating and body image concerns, college student mental health, student-athlete mental health, mood disorders, health and wellness, weight loss, group therapy, mindfulness, and sports and performance psychology. She has worked with high school athletes, college athletes, professional athletes, college teams and recreational fitness programs. She is also currently a consulting psychologist for Mindflow, a mental health service for college student-athletes, and a group therapist for Transformation Weight Control, a weight management program.
Dr. Pietrucha has also served as the training director for an APA-accredited internship program, has provided psychological assessments to veterans seeking disability reimbursement, and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and sports psychology. She currently teaches in the clinical psychology program at Saybrook University.
